Discovery Request
Defense attorneys, do you need to request discovery in a case?
The following Request for Discovery form must be filled out completely and mailed, faxed or emailed to the Anderson County Attorney’s
Office before you will be provided with discovery. Discovery will only be provided to defense attorneys who have been appointed or entered their
appearances on a case, or to pro se defendants who have waived their right to an attorney in writing and the waiver has been filed with the District Court.
Discovery will not be provided to anyone else.
